RETURN/EXCHANGES & SHIPPING POLICY

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase

I don't accept returns

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Items on sale

  • Herbal Teas

  • Skincare Products

I do except exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged, defective, washed, worn or used I cannot accept exchanges. The following items are accepted for exchanges:

  • Clothing

Conditions of Exchanges

Buyers are responsible to contact seller with any issue and reason for exchange. Seller will submit a return label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items are shipped within 5-7 business days of ordering. Drinkware such as mugs and glitter tumblers ship in 10-14 business days after ordering. Please ensure all shipping information is correct at time of checkout.
